On November7th, 2023 the students of the 4th grade went to the Orpheum in Graz to visit the play “Macbeth”, which was inspired by the famous writer William Shakespeare.

The most important topic in this tragedy is power. Macbeth, the main protagonist, wants to become the king of Scotland regardless of the consequences, even murder.

We think the adapted version of the play makes it possible for young people to become familiar with Shakespeare’s literature. Therefore, we would recommend this tragedy for people our age.
